Improve your creativity with these free online photography talks
Welcome to my programme of free online photography talks.
Each talk is scheduled to last up to an hour, including a Q and A session at the end. To join a talk all you need to do is register in advance so that the talk’s link can be e-mailed to you a day or two ahead of the talk.
Every talk is free to attend, although if you’d like to contribute to the costs you would be most welcome. See the donation button at the bottom of this page.
In 2022 the talks will take place roughly every three months, each one covering a different aspect of photography, and are open to anyone who registers in advance to receive the talk link.
Note that these talks are quite separate from the talks that I already give regularly to camera clubs and other organisations, which are open only to members of those clubs.
We use Zoom software to run the talks. As a member of the audience you will not need to open any kind of account with Zoom, if you don’t already have one.

Wednesday 22nd March 2023
|The wide-angle lens: A much-used lens, but do most people use it correctly? It shouldn’t be to just fit more into the scene, but to exaggerate diagonals and increase drama.||Wednesday 21st June 2023|
