Nigel Hicks’s 2026 and 2027 courses
Below is an introduction to Nigel’s planned one-day photography courses programme. We hope you find something you’d like to come along to.
Before that we have a few general points to remember:
Price: For 2026 courses the fee is £100 per workshop place. There will be no increase for 2027, with the fee staying put at £100 per place.
The prices exclude meals and local transportation.
What we provide: Please bring your own food and refreshments (or the means to buy them) and transportation. Those coming from a distance will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
Time: Most courses last either from 10am to 5pm or early afternoon to sunset/dusk, depending on weather and light conditions, though some courses do have other timings.

Dartmoor in autumn
24th October 2026, Ivybridge and Sheepstor, Dartmoor National Park, Devon
A day of landscape photography capturing the beauty of Dartmoor at the height of autumn, initially in riverside woodlands and then on one of the moor’s largest tors.
