7 Sept: Arrive in Reykjavik. Photography around Reykjavik if arrival times allow. Accommodation in Reykjavik.
8 Sept: Leave Reykjavik and travel southeastwards towards the coastal town of Vik. Photography at Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss Falls, the cliffs and mountain views of Dyrholaey island (reached via a road causeway at any state of the tide). Accommodation in or near Vik.
9 Sept: Leave Vik and travel northwards to the Golden Circle area inland. Photography at Reynisfjara black sand beach and lava cliffs, Geysir, Gullfoss Falls and the nearby rugged Highland landscapes, possibly as far as Lake Hvitarvatn. Accommodation near Gullfoss.
10 Sept: Leave Gullfoss and travel along Highland roads, along the southern and western edge of the Highlands region, heading for the Langjökull ice-cap. Photography of wild Highland landscapes and Langjökull. We’ll finish the day near the lovely Hraunfossar Falls. Accommodation near Hraunfossar.
11 Sept: Leave Hraunfossar and drive towards Grundarfjördur, on the north coast of the Snaefellsnes peninsula, on Iceland’s west coast. Photography of mountain and volcano landscapes, lava fields, waterfalls and the iconic Mt Kirkjufells. Accommodation in Grundarfjördur or nearby Stykkisholmur.
12 Sept: Photography of the rugged mountain and coastal landscapes on the Snaefellsnes peninsula, especially inside Snaefellsjokull National Park. Then return to Reykjavik. Accommodation in Reykjavik, where the tour officially ends.
13 Sept: Return home.
Throughout the tour, at night we’ll be keeping a lookout for Northern Lights opportunities. Success here, of course, will depend on there being clear skies and good solar activity.

How to book and pay
To make a confirmed booking, please supply us with your name(s) and all contact details, and pay a non-returnable deposit of £100.
Payment is by BACS bank transfer, PayPal or cheque only.
To take advantage of the 5% discount on the total bill be sure to make your confirmed booking by 28 February 2019.
Please remember that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received by us.
The remainder of the fee is payable by 15 July 2019.
