Returning purchases

We are confident that you will like your purchase, but if you find it is not what you wanted or hoped for you may return it and we will either refund your payment or replace the item, whichever you prefer. Please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone of your intention to return a purchase, and then send it back within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you look after the item while it is in your care so that you can return it in mint condition to us.

Similarly, if your purchase is damaged or faulty when it reaches you, please notify us immediately by e-mail or telephone and then return it to us. We will refund your return postage and will either refund your purchase payment or replace the faulty/damaged item, whichever you prefer.

Please always include a copy of your receipt when returning a purchase to us.
