A full range of products will soon be available on-line, including greetings cards, prints and books (about time perhaps), via a new virtual shopping mall presently nearing completion. Resulting in part from membership of the new arts group Artistic Edge, the mall has been under development for over a year. Designed to host a range of shops selling arts and crafts made mainly in the southwest of England, Nigel Hicks is presently uploading product information and images into his shop within the mall. Once completed on-line sales will be possible, with links directly from this site to the Nigel Hicks shop within the mall. Watch this space!

Thirteen members of staff, mainly from southern England, came along on the course, the photo locations used ranging from Becky Falls and the peaks of Sharpitor on Dartmoor, to the beaches of Bantham on the south Devon coast. Nigel recently completed the five-week long commissioned photo shoot in Argentina, covering the whole of Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Patagonia is really big, and travel times can be long! Shots caught during the trip include elephant seals on the Valdes Peninsula, Magellanic penguins at Punta Tombo and Cabo Virgenes, snow-capped mountains around Ushuaia on Tierra del Fuego, the magnificent glaciers and stunning Cerro Torre and Mte FitRoy peaks of Glaciers National Park, and the lovely mountain and lakeland views around Bariloche and Esquel.
